Forest recreation areas to remain off-limits to pets

Taipei, July 29 (CNA) A ban against entry by pets such as dogs and cats into forest recreation areas will be extended for another year until July 31, 2017, the Council of Agriculture (COA) announced Friday, in light of continued detection of rabies virus in wild ferret-badgers in Taiwan.
