Taiwan private charity group works with int'l NGO in Myanmar

A Taipei-based private charity organization has formed cooperative links with Plan International -- an international non-governmental organization devoted to promoting children's rights -- to jointly raise funds for a humanitarian project aimed at offering preschool education in Myanmar.
