Baby tiger sharks rescued in Taitung released into the sea

More than 30 shark pups rescued earlier this month from two separate dead pregnant female tiger sharks found off the coast of Taitung County are growing well and 20 of which were released into the sea Thursday, with two bearing microsatellite markers to record their movement patterns, according to a marine biology expert.
