Bringing back fraud suspects impossible before May 20: official

Justice Minister Luo Ying-shay (羅瑩雪) said Thursday that it will be impossible to bring back Taiwanese nationals deported to China for alleged telecom fraud before May 20, the day the new administration under President-elect Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) will assume office.
