Nearly 5,000 chickens culled on Tainan farm due to avian flu

Around 5,000 chickens on a farm in Tainan, southern Taiwan, were culled Tuesday after an avian flu outbreak was confirmed there, the Tainan City Animal Health Inspection and Protection Office said Wednesday.
