Taipei, Oct. 9 (CNA) Nearly one year after the Ocean Research V (海研5號) sunk in waters off southwestern Taiwan, the National Applied Research Laboratories (國家實驗研究院, NARabs) said Friday that a new research ship is expected to be ready no later than the spring of 2017.
