Water park fire victim to return to U.S. after weeks in hospital

A 27-year-old American man who suffered burns to 90 percent of his body in a flash fire at a New Taipei water park in June said Wednesday that he was about to return to the United States after almost two months of treatment in a Taiwan hospital.
