Suffering 90% burns, dust explosion victim off life support

A 20-year-old college student suffering from burns to 90 percent of his body has regained consciousness and can breathe unassisted after being injured in a fire and explosion at a water park in New Taipei July 27, in what doctors are describing as "a miracle."
