Former South African judge weighs in on anti-bullying law

Taipei, May 5 (CNA) A respected former justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa weighed in on the growth of cyberbulling in the world, saying he could support an anti-bullying law if such an act was carefully drafted and aimed at prevention instead of punishment.
