Water rationing looms in parts of northern Taiwan

Stricter water rationing measures planned for Taoyuan and parts of New Taipei and Hsinchu County will take effect on Wednesday because of the low probability of precipitation in April, a Water Resources Agency (WRA) official said Monday.
