Chances of ISIS attack in Taiwan 'very low': legislator

Ruling Kuomintang (KMT) Legislator Lin Yu-fang (林郁方) on Thursday urged the public not to panic over an alleged ISIS threat to torch the landmark Taipei 101 skyscraper, saying that possibility of such a terror attack in Taiwan is "very low."
