Crash may affect TransAsia's planned flight extension to Guam

The crash of a TransAsia Airways (復興航空) passenger plane in Taipei last week has cast uncertainty over the mid-sized airline's plans to launch services to Guam, according to the Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) Monday.
