TransAsia's ATR pilots face tests after crash

Taiwan's Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA,民航局) began on Saturday to evaluate the competence of TransAsia Airways (復興航空) pilots operating ATR aircraft after black box data suggested pilot error may have been behind a fatal TransAsia crash on Feb. 4.
