No human infections of avian flu H5 reported in Taiwan: CDC

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC, 疾管署) reassured the public Thursday that there has been no evidence of bird-to-human transmission of avian flu in an appeal for calm, as separate strains of the virus continued to spread among poultry in Taiwan.
