Samuel Yin identifies himself as whistleblower in bribery case

Taiwanese entrepreneur Samuel Yin disclosed in an interview published Wednesday that he was the whistleblower in a bribery case involving the head of the central government's Construction and Planning Agency (CPA), who shortly after became a deputy county chief.
