Taipei, Oct. 30 (CNA) Wei Ying-chung, the disgraced former chairman of Ting Hsin Oil and Fat Industrial Co., was indicted Thursday, with prosecutors requesting a 30-year prison term for the man allegedly responsible for one of Taiwan's worst food safety scandals on record.
