Expert says Taiwan needs different vaccine to fight TB

An expert on Thursday said it may be difficult for Taiwan to control the spread of the most prevalent type of tuberculosis (TB) using the vaccine it most commonly uses here because Taiwanese young people were being exposed to a different strain of the disease through increasingly frequent visits to mainland China.
