Overseas group's attempt to remove ROC flag a 'warning': official

A failed move by members of an overseas Chinese association in San Francisco to remove the national flag of the Republic of China from its office is a "warning" for the government, said Jen Hung, deputy minister of the Overseas Community Affairs Council, Sunday.
