Taiwan-Japan pact helps increase catches for Taiwanese fishermen

Catches of yellowfin tuna in waters off northeastern Taiwan have increased 20 percent in May compared with the same period of last year following the signing of a fishery pact with Japan, local fishermen said Saturday.
