President cancels travel plan to oversee flood-prevention work

President Ma Ying-jeou has canceled a travel plan Monday to mark the fifth anniversary of his presidency and will instead stay in Taipei to oversee government flood-prevention work, Presidential Office spokeswoman Garfie Li said Sunday.
