Among the eight victims of Thursday's UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter crash was 32-year-old Major Huang Sheng-hang (黃聖航), an aide-de-camp to late Chief of the General Staff Shen Yi-ming (沈一鳴) whom friends described as deeply devoted to both his family and his profession.
