Entertainer apologizes for slapping culture minister

A retired entertainer headed to the Ministry of Culture headquarters Wednesday to apologize to Minister Cheng Li-chiun (鄭麗君) in person for slapping her in the face at a luncheon the previous day, but did not meet her as Cheng was away on official business.
