Taiwan's top representative to Japan on Wednesday said he will stay in his post and work to make public the facts leading up to the death of the nation's head diplomat in Osaka who committed suicide last Friday, allegedly as a result of criticism he received over his office's post-flood emergency assistance to Taiwan nationals.
