Kaohsiung mayor to deliver speech at CSIS in Washington

Kaohsiung City Mayor Chen Chu (陳菊) will embark on a trip to the United States this weekend to deliver a keynote speech at the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), according to a city government news release on Friday.
