Visa issues resolved, APEC delegation spokesman off to Vietnam

John Deng (鄧振中), the chief adviser and spokesman for Taiwan's delegation at this week's Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC) summit, has made his way to Vietnam for the conference a day later than scheduled after a visa snafu was resolved.
