Taipei mayor enjoys higher favorability than premier: poll

Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) has a higher favorability rating than the country's new premier, Lai Ching-te (賴清德), a monthly survey released Sunday by the Taiwanese Public Opinion Foundation has found.
