Vice president hopes for closer cooperation with Japan

Taipei, Sept. 4 (CNA) Taiwan looks forward to exchanging more information with Japan on disaster prevention and rescues and stepping up cooperation with its neighbor on exploring the Southeast Asian and South Asian markets' opportunities, Vice President Chen Chien-jen (陳建仁) said Monday.
