President Tsai to deliver her first national day speech

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) is expected to reaffirm the government's stand to honor the historical facts of the meeting between two sides of the Taiwan Straits in 1992, when she delivers her first national day speech Monday, according to the Presidential Office.
