Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez will make a state visit to Taiwan from Oct. 1 to 4, during which he will hold talks and exchange honorary decorations with President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said Friday.
