No direct answer on whether presidential flight overflew Cuba

Amid media speculation that the aircraft flying Republic of China (Taiwan) President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) to Panama flew over Cuba, one of Tsai's entourage members said Saturday that the flight route was planned by the carrier, China Airlines (CAL).
