Premier urges Japan to talk with Taiwan on Okinotori waters

Premier Simon Chang (張善政) said Tuesday in Yilan County, northeastern Taiwan, that he hopes Japan and Taiwan can negotiate an agreement on fishermen's rights to operate in waters near a Japan-controlled atoll in the western Pacific.
