Presidential candidates call for unity, emergence from sadness

Opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) presidential candidate Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) on Saturday stressed the importance of building a united country while James Soong (宋楚瑜) of the People First Party (PFP) said he was the one who can truly transcend partisan boundaries.
