Washington, Nov. 28 (CNA) Following the unwelcome attention Taiwan attracted when its flag showed up in a recent video by the Islamic State group, a senior White House photographer this week mistook Taiwan's former Vice President Vincent Siew (蕭萬長) for Prime Minister of Thailand Prayut Chan-o-cha.
