The Taiwan High Prosecutors Office dismissed Wednesday a case to reconsider a ruling by the Taipei District Prosecutors Office not to prosecute ruling Kuomintang (KMT) Chairman Eric Chu (朱立倫) and KMT Secretary-General Lee Shih-chuan (李四川) in a case of alleged violation of election law, involving the KMT replacing its presidential candidate.
