Philippine justice supports Ma's candidacy for Nobel peace prize

A supreme court justice of the Philippines holds Taiwan's President Ma Ying-jeou in such high esteem that he said he will nominate him for a Nobel peace prize if his East and South China Sea peace initiatives produce good results for regional peace and stability.
