Taiwan holds events to mark end of ROC's 8-year war against Japan

Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a commemorative event Tuesday, on the eve of the 70th anniversary of Japan submitting the instrument of surrender at the end of World War II, which also marked the end of the Republic of China's War of Resistance against Japan (1937-1945).
