Taiwan lowers travel alert for South Korea as MERS outbreak subsides

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs downgraded its travel alert for South Korea Tuesday from yellow to gray, the lowest in its four-color alert system, as the outbreak of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in that country has subsided.
