Taipei, July 5 (CNA) Ruling Kuomintang's (KMT's) presidential hopeful Hung Hsiu-chu (洪秀柱) moved Sunday to clear up a quote she believes was taken grossly out of context, saying "If the Republic of China does not exist, what does exist?"
