President Ma may give speech at Harvard University

President Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) may give a speech at his alma mater, Harvard University, during a transit stop in the United States during a state visit to Latin America in July, Vice Foreign Minister Andrew Kao Jen-chuan (高振群) said Wednesday.
