Chu urges Taiwan's greater global role based on '1992 consensus' (update 2)

Shanghai, May 3 (CNA) Eric Chu (朱立倫), chairman of Taiwan's ruling Kuomintang (KMT), expressed hope on Sunday that Taiwan will play a greater role in the global community based on the "1992 consensus" between Taiwan and China.
