DPP secretary-general to begin 'routine' visit to U.S.

The secretary-general of the opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) is heading to the United States on Sunday afternoon possibly to arrange a visit there for DPP Chairwoman Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文).
