Taipei, March 5 (CNA) Taiwan's ruling and opposition parties have begun talking about organizing a conference on national affairs that may also include issues related to a proposed constitutional amendment, Joseph Wu (吳釗燮), secretary-general of the main opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), said Thursday.
