Corporate meeting reveals new PLA Navy aircraft carrier in the works

A Saturday report on Jiangsu Province-run jschina.com.cn, the leading web portal in the populous province, seems to show that the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy is working on China's second aircraft carrier.
