Taiwan, Ireland negotiating on tax agreement: president

President Ma Ying-jeou said Tuesday that the Republic of China and Ireland have enjoyed close exchanges in recent years and that the two sides are now negotiating on signing an agreement on the avoidance of double taxation to further boost bilateral trade.
