South Korea rep hints at investment protection pact progress in 2015

Taipei, Dec. 19 (CNA) The time is now "increasingly ripe" for discussions over economic cooperation between Taiwan and South Korea, Seoul's representative to Taipei said Friday, hinting that there could be "good news" in the year to come.
