Taipei, Nov. 30 (CNA) Following the ruling Kuomintang's (KMT) massive defeat in the local elections Saturday, KMT Vice Chairman Hau Lung-bin will quit his vice-chairmanship of the party in a bid to assume partial responsibility for the electoral loss.
