Poll shows incumbent magistrate enjoys healthy lead in Taoyuan

Taipei, Oct. 23 (CNA) Wu Chih-yang, chief of Taoyuan County, has a 23-point lead over his opponent in the run-up to Nov. 29 local elections, according to the results of a survey released Thursday.
