DPP respects remarks on U.S. stating views on Taiwan's elections

The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) respects the comment made by a former chairman of the American Institute in Taiwan that the United States will continue past practices and express its views on Taiwan's presidential election in 2016, a DPP official said Saturday.
