Ex-MAC deputy minister questioned as defendant in alleged leaks

Chang Hsien-yao, the ousted deputy minister of the Mainland Affairs Council (MAC), was summoned as a defendant for the first time Thursday on suspicion of leaking official secrets as investigators conducted a search of his residence in Taipei.
