President praises troops for reassuring presence in emergencies

Taipei, July 31 (CNA) Taiwan's armed forces have established a "brand image" in the area of disaster prevention and relief, President Ma Ying-jeou said Thursday, adding that the presence of troops gives people peace of mind when they are preparing for potential disasters.
